Boasting a lovely spacious open-plan living area comprising of a kitchen, dining room and sitting room, this welcoming space enables the whole group to socialise together. In the well-equipped kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook any meal with ease. Adding ambient light and warmth, the wood burning stove in the sitting room adds a touch of romance. Hunker down on chillier evenings and allow yourself to completely relax in front of a film on the television. Giving the the whole ground floor a bright and airy feel, dual aspect french doors lead out to the fully enclosed rear garden. Outside, a small patio area with barbecue compliments a lawned garden which can also be accessed through the dual aspect french doors in the sitting room. Being fully enclosed with a part walled and part willow fence, this private space is a great spot for supervised children and dogs to play.

The Holly properties are ideally situated on the edge of the Buttlands, just one minute's walk from Staithe Street which bustles with independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
