About this property
The sweet little village of Allendale is the largest community in the Allen Valleys and makes up part of the North Pennines with its selection of pubs and cafes available from the marketplace. The village also plays host to the annual Folk Festival held at the end of September and the New Year Tar Bar'l. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, it's perfect for walkers, cyclists, and people looking to explore the natural countryside with a variety of trails stretching along the river and through the woodlands and moorlands. Nearby, stop off at the village of Hexham to explore Hexham Abbey, Sele Park, and its shops and restaurants. Slayley Hall offers exciting Quad Biking opportunities and a spa, or unwind with some golf at the aonb Allendale Golf Club.
