Accommodation is all on one level, taking up the ground floor of the owners home. Very comfortable with country style furnishing, this former 19th century granary is in the village of Alwinton and within easy reach of Hadrian's Wall, Kielder Water and the Heritage coast. Rothbury, a delightful market town, is 10 miles away. Northumberland is home to more castles and fortified houses than any other region in England. The Nearby market towns of Rothbury, Alnwick and Morpeth have an excellent range of amenities with some lovely gift shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. You’re sure to recognise Alnwick Castle from the Harry Potter films - a great for a family day out.
