The beautiful Ingram Valley in Northumberland teeming with wildlife is the ideal spot for a romantic retreat. Walk for miles without seeing another soul. Just 2 miles across the fells from the idyllic Cuckoo Cottage is Linhope Spout, an impressive waterfall. Cuckoo Cottage is a recently renovated barn conversion situated on a working sheep farm spanning 1,800 acres. The nearby town of Wooler has pubs, shops and cafe’s.
