An outstanding detached holiday home in a great location… with five bedrooms and five bathrooms there’s plenty of room for ten guests. Hastings House is dog and child friendly too, with the beach close at hand and the village shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep - there’s something for everyone… and, if a hot tub is on your checklist… it’s a big tick!

Hastings House is a stunning coastal property oozing style - a great base for exploring this beautiful area - visit the Farne Islands to observe the seabirds and the colony of Grey Seals. 3 miles north is the impressive Bamburgh Castle which  clings to a rocky outcrop, and it’s just 5 miles to Holy Island and Lindisfarne (accessible at low tide along the causeway). Just south of Seahouses is Beadnell Bay with its unique west facing harbour for sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving. Good golfing (0.5 miles), fishing and horse riding available locally.

Dining room: (through room from the kitchen separated by the double sided log burner.) Large oak dining table craftsman made especially for the house 13' long x 4' wide, seating up to 12.  Oak dresser. Large flat screen TV, Ipod dock. Access to decked area and hot tub.

Bedroom 1: super king size double (or if you request it 3' twins).

Ensuite:  shower room with wash hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 2: super king size double (or if you request it 3' twins).

Family shower room: 1700 wide shower, easy access for those with mobility problems, wash hand basin, WC.

Bedroom 3: king size double.

Ensuite: shower room, wash hand basin, WC.

First floor:

Living room: Juliette balcony. Large comfortable sofas, wood burning stove, large flat screen Smart TV. Quiet area with seating, library of books, games, jigsaws etc.

Bedroom 4: super king or twin.

Ensuite: shower room, wash hand basin and WC.

Bedroom 5: super king or twin, double doors out onto a balcony.

Family bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin, WC.

Garage/games room: multi-games table, washer dryer and a hanging line for drying outdoor gear.

Entertainment: Hot tub.  7 TV’s, including Smart TV in the Living area with access to NowTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and Apple TV. (Please note, although the majority of this is free, there may be Sky Packages or shows and films on Amazon Prime, etc, that you have to pay/watch rent. The TV should make it clear if you choose one of these apy for options. If you order anything on the TV, the payment is to be made to the owner direct. The owner will leave TV instructions, but you are responsible for anything ordered during your stay), Playstation, books, games, jigsaws, Multi-games table - pool, table football, hockey etc (10 games in all), grand size outdoor chess game, Wi-Fi - Fast BT fibre internet access,

For families: children welcome. One full size wooden cot with drop side (ground floor bedrooms). Travel cot (upstairs bedrooms) no bedding provided. One high chair, two stair gates. Baby box with essentials. Microwave steriliser.

Outside: decked area with tables and chairs, Hot tub, deck chairs, play area, barbeque.

Parking: driveway with parking for up to 5 cars.

General: WiFi - Fast BT fibre internet access. Bedding (duvets), bed linen, towels (hand & bath sheet) (not for cots). Electricity - underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and all bath/shower rooms. Initial supply of logs, kindling (October to end of March). Welcome pack - tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Toiletries.

Pets: 2 medium or 3 small well behaved dogs welcome @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Pets should not be left unattended in the property or allowed on the furniture.
