Percy Cottage is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its beautiful and stylish decor, cosy atmosphere, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and the convenience of a local shop and dog-friendly pub nearby. While some mention traffic noise due to its proximity to a main road, the overall sentiment is positive with many expressing a desire to return.
Guests consistently describe the cottage as clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating a high standard of upkeep.
The location is generally appreciated for its proximity to local amenities and attractions, though some guests note the presence of traffic noise. The balance of positive location attributes with the concerns about noise results in a good but not excellent rating.
The comfort of Percy Cottage is frequently highlighted, with guests finding the beds and furniture cosy and the property warm. The occasional mention of traffic noise slightly impacts the perfect comfort experience.
Facilities are well-regarded, with a fully equipped kitchen and good communication from hosts. A few minor issues, such as the key safe and lack of WiFi code, prevent a perfect score.
