Please note: This property has a security deposit of £50. The property has a natural water supply from a spring.. The Bunker backs onto the trees at the rear side of this lodge park. The private hot tub is set on the south facing sunny decking and is perfect in all seasons. In an evening enjoy looking out at the clear skies which can often seen from the lodge. The lodge park is set just within the Northumberland National Park, and is perfect for star gazers and keen photographers.

The Bunker has been designed with high quality in mind, ideal for friends and families. This modern contemporary style lodge has TVs in all the bedrooms and plenty of natural light streaming in from the large windows.

It is not unusual to spot little red squirrels and other wildlife around the lodge and surrounding areas so keep your camera at the ready to witness the wildlife close up. The lodge park is set a mile from the very popular wedding venue Le Petit Chateau and nearby Woodhill Hall, so is just perfect for making a relaxing weekend of the occasion. The village store a mile away is ideal for last minute shopping with a small off licence. The on-site restaurant offers delicious meals with a small bar (check opening times).

A little further afield, Kielder Water makes a fantastic day out with rugged moors and woodlands, perfect for adventure seekers. The observatory is a real must for star gazing enthusiasts (booking essential). Bellingham is 9 miles with a few cafés and a couple of pubs, butcher, bakery and large food store. If you have time to spare then you must take a trip over to the coast with miles of sandy beaches, friendly villages and historic castles to explore.

Northumberland was the winner of the 2018 British Tourism Awards best place to holiday, so wherever you go in this diverse, unspoilt county you will be guaranteed a warm, friendly welcome and will want to return to what is reputedly the friendliest county in England. 6 steps to property. Natural water supply from spring. Raised deck area. There is a £50 security deposit payable 1 week prior to your holiday by bacs. Please ensure that dogs are not left unattended in the property.

Please note. When the weather is bad the decking can be extremely slipppy, please exercise caution when getting in and out of the hot tub and when walking on the decking. If you are taking a pet we don’t mind but all we do ask is that they’re not left unattended in the cabin and don’t go on any furniture. We really don’t want to give lots of rules but we also want you to have a fun and safe stay.

*More important now than before Covid 19, we ask if you can please strip all of the bedding on leaving and place at the side of each bed. Also, put all rubbish in the outside bin provided which is situated to the right of the cabin (just beside where you park). Please try and leave the place how you found it.

*Please can you place all outdoor cushions back in the airing cupboard once they’re finished with so they stay dry for the next guests. *The site expect the cut off of any music and any noise by 11pm and have the authority to evict guests who don’t comply. Please respect other guests on the site by following this rule.

* The hot tub is cleaned every day too by a professional cleaner. Please shower prior to going in, removing any oils or cream. No fake tan please in the hot tub (the hot tub cleaning company levy a £100 fine if they have to call a specialist cleaner due to this)

*no glass in the hot tub (plastic glasses have been provided, please check the cupboard below the island). *no smoking indoors or in the hot tub

The most common question we get asked is about the induction oven. If possible please YouTube the video of it first then if that doesn’t help call us.

The water runs from a local, natural spring. On a morning the team of lads clean the hot tub and they use the water from the cabin to fill it. The time they come round does vary (usually 9am), however, when they do the water pressure may drop whilst the hot tub is filled so please keep this in mind for showering etc. The blinds are designed with a safety cord which snap open to avoid any choking hazard.

Please be gentle when opening and closing the blinds, holding them from just under the safety catch to stop them from snapping and coming off the runners.
