About this property
Set in a tranquil location in the National Park, the small village of Byrness is the perfect location for walkers, hikers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts looking for picturesque forest walks from the front door. Close by, explore the rich forests of Keilder and Reservoir for a plethora of walking and cycling routes, as well as exciting opportunities for a variety of watersports. Cross over the border into Scotland to experience the Cheviot Hills, or visit Otterburn in the Redesdale Valley with its shops, pubs, and restaurants. Jedburgh and Rothbury are teeming with historic architecture, including Cragside House and Gardens.
