The open-plan living space is fitted with shaker-style kitchen cabinets, an electric oven, a steam oven, an electric hob, a combi microwave, and a dishwasher to keep the space neat and tidy. Enjoy mealtimes together at the dining table or in the summer months make use of the garden for an alfresco affair with a scenic backdrop. The garden also offers a swing, so you can escape into a good book in-style; afterwards retire to the sitting area and sprawl on the sofa as the TV keeps you entertained. Venture upstairs to choose between two bedrooms, with a double and king-size bed, both with tiled en-suites to prepare for the day ahead. Awaken with a frothy coffee, courtesy of the coffee maker, before deciding for your day. The rural village of Mellor offers three pubs for when you fancy a gourmet dinner, glass of wine or a chilled pint, as well as a butchers, deli, village store and Post Office to grab all your essentials. Mellor is a large village in Lancashire's Ribble Valley district, less than four miles from Blackburn. Mellor, with its great amenities and closeness to the Ribble Valley and Forest of Bowland Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is a lovely choice for a UK staycation, thanks to its more rural environment and surrounding open fields. A Post Office and village shop, two pubs, two churches, and an exceptional butcher are all located in the village. Mellor is located near to the Mellor Brook village and makes an ideal walking base.
