Marsh Villa, a former marsh workers’ cottage, overlooks attractive lands and sits close to the popular Cumbrian resort of Silloth. Now a listed building, it offers characterful accommodation and rests in a superb location for exploring the area, making it an ideal stay for couples, friends or families wishing to get away. Be drawn into the property by its warming dining room, dotted with charming seaside features, in keeping with this fine location, adjacent to this is a wonderfully bright conservatory boasting a TV and far-reaching views to the Solway Firth. There are a number of welcoming spots to relax at Marsh Villa, you can also make use of a cosy little snug which is home to an optional double sofa bed, or enjoy some quality family time in the sitting room with the TV on and the stunning woodburning stove to keep you toasty. The cottage's original Inglenook fireplace and bread oven help to enhance this enticing layout. Completing the ground floor is an elegant and bright family bathroom along with an immaculate and well-equipped kitchen, lined with fresh white units and also offering a delightful little breakfast bar for two, where you can enjoy your morning coffee at the start of the day. Marsh Villa's two tasteful bedrooms rest on the first floor, the master king-size room benefits from its own lavish en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom is bursting with style and charm. To the exterior, there are certainly no shortages of places to sit and enjoy this magnificent rural location, both to the front and the back of the cottage, you can sit back and enjoy a relaxing drink or two with the refreshing breeze to top it all off.
