First Floor:
Bedroom: With double bed.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Back garden with patio and garden furniture. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm and sheep country). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Old Seven Stars Farm Annexe can be found on the site of Seven Stars Equestrian Centre, in the Greater Manchester village of Standish. Boasting beamed ceilings, and exposed brick the property is beautifully cosy, and jam packed full of character. Outside you’ll also find a south facing patio offering far reaching views over the surrounding fields, just perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. For lovers of the great outdoors the property is located on the Hic Bibi network of bridleways, meaning that 14 miles of off-road countryside is just waiting to be explored direct from the door. Within a 15-minute drive there’s also Worthington Lakes, Haigh Country Park and the beautifully names Fairy Glen.
The centre of Standish is around 1½ miles and here you’ll find food for every palate together with a good selection of independent shops and retailers. A nearby Hotel and Health Club offers luxury spa facilities as well as onsite golf and thanks to the location’s easy proximity to the motorway network there are a multitude of places to visit that are easily accessible. With a 45-minute drive are the popular cities of Liverpool and Manchester, or the coastal resorts of Blackpool, Southport and Lytham St Annes. Just over an hour away are both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks meaning you really are spoilt for choice.
Finally direct with the owner arrangements can be made for horse-riding lessons and private use of the onsite quirky pub area however charges will apply.
