Guests say

Bradley House is a charming cottage in Lancashire, praised for its beautiful setting and peaceful atmosphere. Guests appreciate the updated lounge, idyllic location, and the thick stone walls that keep the property cool. The cottage's character and surrounding countryside offer a tranquil retreat, though some noted it shows its age and could benefit from updates, particularly in the bathroom.

The property generally seems well-kept, but there are mentions of mould in the bathroom, which suggests room for improvement in cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its beautiful countryside views and quiet, peaceful setting, though it is noted as being quite remote.

The cottage is described as cosy and comfortable with thick duvets and a warm lounge, but some guests mention the need for constant heating.

Facilities are adequate with everything needed for a stay, but there are several comments about the need for updates, particularly in the bathroom and heating system.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Wonderful stay here in mixed weather, walked lots and explored the area which is beautiful. The cottage is cosy and comfy although you need the fire in the lounge on all the time and still dress up warm, nice and thick duvets keep you warm all night. Highly recommend the Sunday dinner at the garden centre fantastic and no end of tea rooms and pubs around.

Very isolated so be prepared to drive everywhere. Cottage has everything you need.

Lovely, quiet, idyllic little spot. Wonderful retreat for me, my teenaged son and our dog. Feeling refreshed after our stay. We were ther on the hottest week of the year but remained cool in the cottage because of the thick stone walls, like having air con.
