Farm View is a delightful holiday hideaway in the picturesque village of Parwich in the Peak District National Park and close to the historic market town of Ashbourne. Dating from the 1600s it's a super little cottage providing really attractive accommodation with comfortable sofa and chairs, bespoke kitchen, king-size double bed and even a crackling open fire and glowing log burning stove.
Get up early and explore the sleepy little village with its jumbles of attractive cottages, the stream splashing through the beautiful Green, the Sycamore pub with its real ale and good food, and even the village shop if you are short of things for breakfast. Lots of beautiful countryside walks are close by as well as the Tissington and High Peak Trails. But save a day to visit historic Ashbourne!
Ashbourne with its lovely market square, fine selection of shops, great restaurants and lots of pubs is absolutely brilliant. Just beyond you will find Derbyshire's magnificent range of attractions from Chatsworth House, Carsington Water, Castleton's caverns and Bolsover's castle to the National Tramway Museum and the Dambuster Dams. End each day with a glass of wine on the cottage patio or snuggled up by its crackling open fire.
