Try the 9.7km trail from Camber Sands to Rye Harbour, stopping off at the Discovery Centre, and don’t forget your binoculars to spot the birds that nest here. Medieval Rye is 4 miles away, rich in history and antique shops, as well as great restaurants and cafés. Dungeness boasts one of the largest shingle landscapes in the world and is popular with photographers and artists. There are golf courses at Lydd (7 miles) and Littlestone (10.5 miles) and Camber has its own castle, with other castles within a few minuets such as Bodiam (16 miles) and Sissinghurst (21 miles).

Enter the property through the porch with a handy area for hanging coats and kicking off shoes then through into the kitchen, which is well-equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal. The kitchen and dining area make a lovely sociable space with a large central table with two chairs and two benches. This is a great spot for prepping food and catching up with your favourite tipple. The lounge offers two large sofas and a footstool, arranged around a wood burner and Smart TV, a lovely area for relaxing after a long day out. There are three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and the third has 2'6" twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over and a WC. There is also a useful desk and chair. All bedrooms have a chest of drawers with hanging rails in two rooms and a shaker peg with hangers in the third. There is a separate shower room with a rainfall head and WC.
