Sitting in peace and quiet in the grounds of the owners' home -  by an ornamental pond filled with beautiful fish - is The Caravan at Honeysuckle. Loved by children and adults alike - there is so much to do - the beach is only a short walk across to the Sea Wall, historic Rye is only a ten minute drive and if para-gliding, wind surfing or sand yachting is your thing - then the seven miles of  beach at Camber is only a fifteen minute drive. Add to that the Nature Reserves at Rye Harbour, Camber Castle, superb walks and coarse fishing in the Military Canal - there really is something for everyone to enjoy from this comfortable holiday base.  Shop: 0.3 mile  Pub: 0.3 mile  Coast: 0 miles

Open Plan Sitting/Dining Room/Kitchen

Sitting/Dining Area is carpeted and has plenty of comfy seating - part of which forms a double bed if flexible sleeping is required - coffee table, HD TV/DVD and a Playstation 2. There is also a gas fire if you need to top up the central heating in the winter months. To one end is the dining table with banquette seating and two stools

Kitchen Area is surprisingly well equipped with a gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a good range of cooking utensils

Bedroom 1 with double bed, built-in cupboards above and next to the bed and plenty of wardrobe space

Bedroom 2 with  2'2" twin beds, more suited for children, more built-in storage and wardrobe

Shower Room  is compact, but has a full sized shower cubicle, washbasin and a heated towel rail

Separate Cloakroom with w.c

Garden: Fully enclosed patio area with lawns, garden furniture and barbecue.

Parking: Directly beside the lodge for 2 cars.

Heating: Gas central heating plus gas fire in the sitting room.

Notes: Up to two pets are welcome - the owners have a friendly dog that gets on with other dogs and loves all people! If the sofabed in the sitting room is required for separate sleeping - there is a £5 charge for the linen.

Security Deposit: £100 security deposit payable on arrival to the owner
