This charming property nestled in a beautiful location is great for trips to the beach or spending a day exploring this wonderful coastal area. . Ground Floor:
Living room: With Smart TV and Sonos bluetooth stereo speaker.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: With very low, 2ft 7in clip and link twin beds (can be kingsize on request).. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . The Crow’s Nest is dog friendly and able to accommodate up to four guests. Located in the charming village of Bembridge, the property is only a short distance from Forelands Beach, voted one of the top 50 beaches to visit in the UK by The Guardian newspaper, as well as a popular pub set on the eastern most tip of the Isle of Wight. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it offers a great base for walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding or birdwatching. This semi-detached town house offers modern and welcoming accommodation over its three floors and is complete with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, an enclosed patio with a bike rack for 3 bikes, and parking for 2 vehicles.
Bembridge is a gorgeous place, voted village of the year by BBC TV’s Countryfile in 2019, based on its ‘wonderful coastal setting with a pier and lifeboat station, plus a busy village community with independent shops, cafés and restaurants’. It is home to the National Trust’s Bembridge Windmill and also has two great beaches perfect for the simple pleasures of building sandcastles, sunbathing, exploring rock pools and crabbing. To really make the most of your time on the coast, you have the added benefit of use of the owner’s family beach hut.
There are numerous attractions across this diamond shaped island for you and your family to discover. In the west you’ll find the famous Needles, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay. To the north you can visit Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence and soak up the history at Osborne House and its gardens, whilst in the south there’s Blackgang Chine, the oldest themed attraction in the UK. Whatever you decide, one thing’s for sure, the Isle of Wight has plenty to offer. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
