Not much has been documented on the house historically, but it is known that Belleville is approximately 300 years old. Thackeray stayed here as a young man, and later made reference to it in his book Vanity Fair. To this day, it always attracts attention and intrigue. In under 5 mins walk to town you will be surrounded with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars.
