The hall leads through to a snug area with comfy sofa (which can be made up as a sofa bed on request) and is the perfect place to relax looking over the garden and enjoy a good book. Also on the ground floor is the single bedroom. Completing this floor is the light and airy well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine in the separate store room. The dining table has seating for six and is a great space to enjoy a family meal or lazy breakfast. Through a door from the snug head up the steep turned stairs to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms. There is a delightful double with wrought iron bedstead and a twin bedroom both with TV/DVD. Continuing the stylish theme is the spacious contemporary bathroom with roll top bath separate shower and WC. Heading outside from the kitchen you will find the fully enclosed garden with table and six chairs and uncovered pond perfect for a spot of al fresco dining on those warmer evenings.
