Ground floor with entrance hall into guest bedroom 1, a double. Guest bedroom 2, also a double is to the front of the property. At the rear are stairs, a WC, a shared shower room and a utility room with access out to the back garden.
First floor - communal lounge/ diner and a balcony to the front. Well equipped kitchen and stairs up to the second floor.
Second floor - shared main bathroom and guest bedrooms three to five which include 2 doubles and 1 single.

Parking for 2 cars is available on the driveway and available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note on-street parking is strictly controlled in the local area and subject to permits.
