Located close to the lovely village of Shipton under Wychwood and the small town of Burford, there s plenty of natural and beautiful sights to visit and enjoy. There are many country walks and trails originating from the village. Further afield, take day trips in the historical and academic city of Oxford with museums and sights galore, not to mention an interesting shopping centre. Another good urban centre to spend holiday time in is leafy Stratford upon Avon, where you can stroll by the river, go to the William Shakespeare museum and take a production of one of his plays at the RSC. The property is in an excellent location for a touring holiday of the Cotswolds and beyond. On arrival at the accommodation, you will find a useful entrance hall/utility area that leads to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area offers ample comfortable seating and a TV/DVD to enjoy after a long day s touring the area. There is also a sofa bed for use on request. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, are the bedrooms the first of which has a double bed, the other bedroom has double zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request). This room has an ensuite bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath. Nearby there is also a shower room with WC for convenience. Heading outside there is a private terrace with furniture, within a large, enclosed garden that surrounds the property. There is also a BBQ to cook up some al fresco delights on during warmer evenings and afternoons. There is ample off road parking available.
