Inside the house it is deceptively spacious with large reception rooms and upstairs with the bedrooms to the rear, you have an amazing view to greet you when you wake up.

The property is located opposite Pulborough train station and is just a 2-minute walk away, however if you are coming by car, there is ample parking for 3 cars on the drive directly outside the property. Located right in the centre of town yet with the tranquilly of being beside the river Arun with your own lake, this wonderful location really gives you the best of both worlds.
