The Coach House is a Grade II listed building, with origins dating back to the 17th and early 18th century. This delightful, semi-detached barn conversion is situated in a charming Somerset village, located at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It has been beautifully renovated with polished oak floors, large spacious rooms and high ceilings with exposed beams. The wood burner in the living room creates a quiet and relaxing ambience for a winter’s night, or the lovely enclosed garden makes a perfect place to retreat to with friends and family. The Coach House creates a great place for those who are wanting to explore this great part of the country.
There are plenty of pleasant countryside walks through the Combe onto the Mendips, offering some spectacular views. Bath, Wells and Glastonbury are all a short drive away. Also the city of Bristol, and Cheddar with its famous gorge and caves, can be easily reached. Longleat House and Safari Park, and Stonehenge provide an idyllic day out for families. Beach 16 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
