Adjacent to this, you will find the inviting sitting room, complete with a warming woodburning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings. When it's time to retire for the evening, head upstairs to the two well-presented bedrooms. The first is a super-king-size and the second bedroom is a twin, which can also be converted into a super-king-size on request. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, providing a calm space to rest after a day of exploration. A civil parish and village resting in the heart of Cornwall, St Mabyn can be found sitting in close reach of both the coast and countryside delights of the county. A picturesque village, the area is also home to the hamlet of Longstone. with its name deriving from a standing stone which was broken up for gateposts around the year 1850, as well as manor houses including Tregarden, Tredethy, Helligan Barton and Colquite, there's plenty of scenic wonder to be discovered in the area. The village is host to a modest selection of amenities, including the St Mabyn Inn serving good food and drink, as well as there being a Post Office and general store, perfect for any self-catered getaway. A wider host of wonderful amenities and attractions can be found in close reach, including Pencarrow House & Gardens sitting on the fringes of Bodmin Moor, it's a Cornish Georgian delight offering 50 acres to explore as well as the house boasting beautiful art and antiques, it's well-worth a visit. Note: there is no designated Parking at the property, however 20 yards up the lane from the cottage is a wider section with a free parking space - please be aware it is a narrow lane and tractors occasionally pass by.

Alternatively, 100 yards from the property next to the recreation ground there are also free off street parking spaces available.
