Just a short walk from the beach and some magnificent coastal views, this is an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall and nearby Devon. Downderry has a restaurant, pub, cafe and a local shop and nearby Seaton has another lovely beach with a beachside café/restaurant and pub. The popular Cornish fishing villages of Polperro and Looe are a short drive away or you can easily visit the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the historic naval city of Plymouth.

Outside: Sliding patio doors open onto a decking area, with table and chairs to seat four and glimpses down to the sea. There are also communal grass areas.
Parking: One allocated space. More parking available on road nearby.

Please note: There is a shallow stream (2ft wide, 6in deep) that runs through the flower beds in front of the decking outside the property, so children may require supervision.
