Between the bedrooms lies the conveniently placed bathroom. Ascend the stairs to the upper level and enter a bright, airy, open-plan living space. Here, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, ideal for shared meals and spending quality time with loved ones. The lounge area invites you to unwind on a cosy sofa and comfortable armchairs while the vaulted ceiling and Juliet balcony bathe the room in natural light. Although the cottage doesn't have a garden, a sun-soaked gravelled area at the front offers a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and bask in the sunlight. Absolutely delightful cottage situated within Helston, kitted out to a high spec and very comfortable. Ideally placed for trips out and about, and with the park and boating lake just over the road for those lazy days! We would have no hesitation in staying there again :)
