The new entrance hallway leads to the a ground floor bedroom and then to the inner hall/dining room with vaulted beams and dining table with seating for six. kitchen with window overlooking the river Pol, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Living room with wood burning stove, two sofas, armchair, flat screen TV, DVD and radio/CD player. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Steep open stairs lead to mezzanine floor over the lounge. Delightful double bedroom with beams, stripped pine floors, 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe and draws. Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Descending back down to the hall, another steep staircase leads up to the twin bedroom, with two 2ft 6in beds and wardrobe.The new 3rd bedroom on the ground floor has 2 ft 6 in bunk beds and chest of draws.

Please Note: The steep staircases to the bedrooms are not suitable for the infirm and young children will need supervision.
