Boatmans Cabin is aptly named because of its origin as a fisherman's cottage. This Grade II listed property maintains much of its original charm and character.
Positioned in the heart of Polperro, Boatman's Cabin is a Grade II listed fisherman's cottage, ideally located less than a minutes' walk from the harbour and beach. Boatman's Cabin has everything that you would want from a holiday accommodation with a spacious lounge / diner completed with woodburner, there is also a separate lounge on the second floor, perfect for those who don't want to watch the same thing on TV. The exposed beams and feature fireplaces combined with the warm cottage furnishings add to the character and charm that Boatman's Cabin has to offer.

Kitchen: Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
first floor
Lounge: TV, DVD player.

Bathroom: Roll Top bath (hand held shower off mixer taps), basin, w.c.
second floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6''), chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (3'), bean bag.
garden & parking: There is a small parking space directly outside of the property, however it is recommended that guests use the additional pre-paid parking space within a 5 minute walk. No outdoor space.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Security Deposit: £100.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 small pets; £35 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; Storage heaters and electric heaters.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

notes: No smoking. Mobile reception varies. Information about mobile phone coverage. Please note Boatman's Cabin is very old with narrow staircase and some low beams. Care should be taken with young children on the open stairs in the lounge. The TV gets its reception from the Polperro relay transmitter so a maximum of 17 channels are available along with some DVD's.
