The property is part of an exclusive estate of contemporary modern homes perched on a secluded hillside above Talland Bay. Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these properties have direct access to the beach.  Visitors can also make use of the communal facilities which include an indoor heated swimming pool, gym and clubhouse.



Accommodation: Ground floor bedrooms and bathroom. Double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, WC and basin). Second double bedroom with king size bed. Bunk bedroom with single bunks. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Stairs up to open plan living space. Living room with woodburner, two sofas, armchair, 50” HD Sky Freeview TV, home cinema, and Blu-Ray player. Kitchen/diner with modern appliances, ceramic hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, breakfast bar and dining table to seat six.



Outside: Private balcony. Large decked area with table, chairs and hot tub.



Included: Bed linen, towels (no beach towels), WiFi, electricity and heating (gas - underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs). Travel cot and high chair available on request.
