Accommodating a total of eight guests, this property has been meticulously laid out to house a variety of guests, including those with mobility issues. Wider doorframes, a sloped entrance and downstairs bedrooms ensure that every guest can unwind in comfort on the ground floor of this property. For added versatility, all four bedrooms offer zip-and-link facilities to encourage every pair of sharers to rest in extreme comfort. Once inside, you’ll instantly be impressed by contemporary styling and appealing features across two storeys. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner invites restful mornings and fun-filled evenings indoors, seamlessly designed with a well-equipped kitchen for feeding the whole group. Four bedrooms, each laid out as a super-king-size or a twin, can be found laid out over two floors along with one en-suite wet room on the ground floor and an additional family bathroom upstairs.
A scenic country pathway offers a satisfying route from your doorstep down to Mawgan Porth Beach (1 mile), a golden sand destination that’s made for sunbathing, ball games and more. This sheltered, west-facing beach is a beloved surfer’s destination and sits on the South West Coast Path for endless walking routes heading east or west. Just a short drive away, the bustling town of Newquay (6 miles) provides incredible beaches and so many more attractions that guests of all ages will love.
