Great location and well positioned apartment however the poor cleanliness really let the apartment down.Thick dust on kitchen utensils, microwave was full of dried food and general dust all over the apartment including the bathroom. It was very obvious that this apartment was not checked before we arrived and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for weeks and not covid compliant.If we were to book this apartment again I would be requesting that it is thoroughly cleaned

Perfect location only 2 mins from the gorgeous fistral beach ,ideal if holidaying with your dog ,lovely beach bar serving breakfasts, snack lunches ,coffees ,beer,wines etc,perfect for a wet Saturday afternoon, very friendly staff also there is a nice pizza place for an evening meal lovely vista all out over the beachfront,again dog friendly with lovely staff ,several small surf shops and a rick stein fish and chips place .The apartment has underground parking a real bonus in high season ,not far about a 5 min walk into Newquay itself ,we had a lovely Sunday roast in the Red Lion just a quick walk up the hill from the apartment,again dog friendly,lovely atmosphere, fab staff .Lovely large apartment, especially as only one bedroom felt very spacious, slightly on the dark side as on the lower level below pavement height The only minus is the apartment could do with a little bit of TLC now especially the bathroom ,shower doesn't drain away properly and needs a good clean and outside terrace area could do with a tidy up ,there is a washer dryer tho that is a total bonus if you get a wet windy week in Cornwall ,we would definitely go back
