A wonderful 4 bed detached coastal property overlooking Whipsiderry Beach and Porth Island, a superbly equipped property with everything you need for a marvellous holiday. So much to do in Newquay itself, and a spectacular surrounding area to explore.

Outside: Garden laid to lawn, with rattan furniture and gas bbq. Also a roof terrace with 6 seater dining table, with central gas heater, and heater on the outside wall.
Parking: There is allocated parking for 2 cars in parking space 10 directly in front of the house.
General: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Wifi available. Gas and electric included. No smoking.
