Also on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with television along with the spacious family bathroom with its free standing bath and separate shower.

Upstairs are three further bedrooms and a shower room; the master bedroom with its superb, south facing balcony, a super-king size bed and a television, this room can also be configured as a twin if required and on request; a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, ideal for children.

From the sitting room, french doors lead out to the south facing raised deck and large paved garden where a surf store is equipped with two surf boards and two kayaks for your enjoyment.
