Ideally located for beach holidays, walkers and dog owners, this charming and beautifully presented contemporary house is just one of a few set in a quiet cul-de-sac yet in the centre of Newquay, just a short walk to the world famous Fistral Beach and town centre. With such a convenient location, should you fancy a break from driving then you can leave your car parked up for your entire holiday. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area leads through to a spacious sitting room with French doors leading out to the enclosed garden where the brick barbecue oven offers alfresco dining after a day on the beach. There is also storage in the garden for surf boards if needed. There are three bedrooms here, the master benefiting from en-suite facilities, all on the first floor along with the bathroom. With all Newquay has to offer on the doorstep you have the opportunity to spend long lazy days on the beach before returning to the house to shower and prepare yourself for a night on the town. Just a short stroll away is a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, takeaways, bistros, bars and clubs, offering something for everyone. A superb walk, which can be rewarded with a wonderful meal, can be enjoyed by taking the coastal path passing Fistral Beach out to the Pentire headland where you will come to Lewinninck Lodge, nationally recognised as one of the finest and best situated bar and restaurants in the UK. The return walk along the coast is a good way to work off those extra calories with the added benefit of breathtaking views over Fistral Beach and the coastline. A beautifully-presented, ideally located house perfect for holidays or short breaks all year round.

The house was well equipped and very clean. It's just a 10-15 minute walk in to town and also the famous Fistral Beach. We caught a bus from the town centre on several occasions and walked back to Newquay along the coast paths - great to leave the car at home for a change.Just a couple of personal preferences - a washing up bowl would have been good and a clothes horse/ airer to dry wet clothes - it absolutely poured down one day!

It was a great holiday & would recommend, thank you very much - PS, the only thing I would add is a âcheck out listâ, eg remove linen from the beds, empty bins & put outside, empty dishwasher or ensure everything is in the dishwasher & on before leaving etc
