With its spacious interior and enclosed rear garden, Tamar View Cottage makes an ideal base for families and couples alike who will love the original character features such as inglenook fireplace complete with a Clome bread oven, beamed ceilings and cosy window seats. The living room has several  comfy seats while the dining room boasts a large table, great for large get-togethers! A special feature of the light, bright and newly fitted kitchen/breakfast room is the vaulted ceiling with Velux windows and patio doors opening out onto the paved area. A useful cloakroom off the entrance area and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room complete the rooms downstairs, while upstairs there is a large king sized room and a twin room (both at the front overlooking the neighbouring fields towards the village church) a spacious family bathroom and a small child's room with 2'6" bed. Outside, this delightful cottage has a level south-facing lawn and patio area to the rear and plenty of off-road parking at the side. Set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, visitors can explore the surrounding countryside or the spectacular coastline with Bude and Crackington Haven only a 15 minute drive away.

Bedroom 2 with Double and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. First floor:  Bedroom 1 with King, Bedroom 3 with Twin and Bedroom 4 with Single (2'6"). Bathroom with bath and hand held shower attachment, WC and basin.
