This newly refurbished cottage style house offers light and airy accommodation, enjoying a south facing enclosed garden with a lovely view over the countryside beyond and a pleasant vista at the front over the tree-lined green.  Tucked away in a quiet corner of Sarah's View, the centre of old Padstow town is only a ten minute stroll down the hill, where an abundance of eating places and shops are waiting to be discovered.  For those with bags of energy, there is an amazing footpath running alongside the estuary to Stepper Point and around the headland.

Kitchen/Diner: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, electric oven, induction hob.

first floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, countryside views, hair dryer.

Bedroom 2: twin beds (3'),  built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.

garden & parking: To the rear, patio and small enclosed garden, patio table, 4 chairs, countryside views. One designated parking space. Gate to rear parking area. To front, small open plan garden.

Changeover Day: Friday arrival - 3:00pm - Departure - 10:00am.

Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 well behaved dog; £25 per week Information about bringing your pet.

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent, gas c.h./hot water, heated towel rail bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided; towels not provided but may be hired from the housekeeper @ £5 per person per week Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.
