Little Penty is a small, terraced, fisherman's cottage tucked away in a little courtyard in the centre of Padstow, a short walk from the quay but so well hidden you would hardly know it existed. Despite its convenient central location the courtyard is quiet and an ideal place to unwind. This cosy, comfortable cottage is full of character and charm and has everything you need for a relaxing break. Padstow is a historic fishing port situated on the West side of the river Camel estuary in North Cornwall. The picturesque town with a jumble of narrow alleys and streets leading down to the harbour has medieval buildings and up-to-the-minute art galleries as well as many fine restaurants and tea shops. There are beaches within walking distance in the estuary and a short drive along the coast takes you to a number of other super beaches many of which are suitable for surfing. Padstow is ideally placed for exploring Cornwall - Tate St Ives is only an hour's drive and the Eden Project is even closer.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Tiny kitchen comprises of electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, separate dining area, table & chairs.

first floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), two chests of drawers, wardrobe, chair, hair dryer, TV.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (2'6" - only suitable for children), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Bathroom:  Small bath (electric shower over), basin, heated towel rail, w.c.

garden & parking: To the front of the property is a little sun trap comprising a small patio garden with garden furniture and a bench. No parking but there are 2 car parks within 500 yds. See Padstow Parking for up to date information on parking rates.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Pets Welcome: Except during July and August; maximum 2 small pets; £25 per pet per week plus security deposit £50 per booking Information about bringing your pet.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; woodburning stove effect electric fire in lounge area; fan heaters in bedrooms; heated towel rail in bathroom, hot water by electric immersion.

Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; linen not provided but may be hired - see hire page.

Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.
