Tremaine Green Holiday Cottages are a cluster of twelve lovely cottages and barn conversions situated close to the tranquil and rural village of Pelynt. The cottages are situated between Looe and Polperro and just 2½ miles from the beautiful coastline which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nestling around an ancient courtyard the cottages have been converted from stone barns and offer comfortable accommodation, whether you are a family, group of friends or a couple, there is a holiday cottage here that will meet your needs. The owners live on-site and within the grounds there are miniature ponies, pygmy goats and ducks. Guests have use of the shared facilities which include an all-weather tennis court, swing ball and putting green, and to keep the kids entertained there is a children’s play area. If the weather is inclement than the games room is perfect for passing the time, with table tennis, pool table, bagatelle and dart board.

The little village of Pelynt is just 1 mile away, with a holy well and Iron Age earthworks. It benefits from a 16th-century inn serving food, village shop, post office, tea room and butchers. There are fishing lakes nearby or on the River Fowey in season, while sea fishing is available from Looe and Fowey. For the golfing enthusiasts there are six courses within the area and horse riding is available locally. This is an ideal location for exploring Cornwall, with its smugglers coves and sandy beaches. Fowey, Polperro, Looe and Polruan are within driving distance. While for days out The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties are all within easy reach. Beach 2½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
