This stunning holiday villa is one of six 'New England' style timber-clad homes at Trewhiddle Village. The property serves as an ideal base camp to explore South Cornwall. It is just a few miles from the quaint fishing villages of Mevagissey, Charlestown, and Fowey, where visitors can enjoy mouth-watering self-catering treats, fresh fish and chips, and browse the charming boutiques lining the cobbled streets.

The villa has a spacious open-plan living area and a contemporary, stylish kitchen with underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals with locally caught seafood and other Cornish delicacies. Amenities include a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, alongside complimentary Wi-Fi, an iron, ironing board, and hairdryers. Cots, highchairs, and sterilisers are available upon request for little ones.

The three en-suite bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests, whether it's a family or a group of friends, with whisper-soft beds and luxurious furnishings:

Bedroom 1: Situated on the ground floor, bedroom 1 offers a super-king size bed which can be converted into a twin upon request. This room is served by an ensuite shower room finished in travertine marble.

Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, you will find a super-king size bed which can be converted into twin beds. The room also features its own luxurious ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 3: Also located on the first floor, this master bedroom offers a king-size bed, and also boasts a master ensuite shower room.

Each bedroom includes an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, as well as complimentary shampoo and body wash. There is also an additional cloakroom on the ground floor level for convenience.

Guests have access to over 120 acres of beautiful woodland valley, a communal children's playground, and charming meadows, all of which can be explored at leisure during your stay.
