This is what you'll think when you set eyes on the spectacular views at Irish Farmhouse.  Situated just outside St Breward village, on the awe-inspiring Bodmin Moor, it is set within 3.5 acres of land.  A stay in this stunning detached farmhouse is an experience of a lifetime boasting the most breath-taking views which can be enjoyed from nearly every room. The gorgeous interior has been finished to a high standard where the owner has given very close attention to detail. All of the original features have been enhanced by the beautiful decor, complete with a woodburner for those cosy evenings. You will not be disappointed with this fantastic property. If extra accommodation is needed for family and friends, Little Irish sleeping 2 can be booked right next door.

St Breward village, set high above the Cornish landscape, is just a few minutes' drive.  Both the village and the moor are steeped in ancient history. The Old Inn, now renowned for its great food and all day Sunday Carvery, dates back to the 11th century when it provided shelter for the monks that built the church next door.  The St Breward Stores is a friendly, local shop which offers a wide range of goods and local produce - order online for your groceries to be delivered if you choose.  From Irish Farmhouse and Little Irish you can walk directly to two of Cornwall's best known landmarks - Rough Tor and Brown Willy which rise up to 1,360 feet and are the highest points in Cornwall.  There are superb views and on a good day both coasts can be seen.  The nearest beach, the ancient castle at Tintagel and the pretty market town of Wadebridge are all within a half hour drive making this property an excellent base to explore more of the Cornish Coast.

garden & parking: Parking for several cars in drive. 3.5 acres of land and gardens, with far reaching view over the moor and surrounding countryside, trampoline (use at your own risk).   Gravelled patio area with garden furniture and barbecue and outstanding countryside views.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am

Pet Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 pet week until the end of 2017

Power and Heat: Oil & Electricity included in rent; oil fire c.h. and hot water. Woodburner in lounge, heated towel rails.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
