Rooms: Living room, kitchen, cloakroom, bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen & utilities: Electric hob and oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, coffee machine
Entertainment: Smart TV, Bluetooth music centre with vinyl turntable.
Outside: Enclosed garden to the front and side with seating and fire pit/grill.
Parking: Parking for one car approx 20m down lane from the cottage.
