Atlantic Reach is a well equipped property found in the grounds of an historic manor house just 7 miles from the county's top surfing resort of Newquay and a popular choice with families of all ages. There is an impressive array of facilities to suit the whole family: The indoor leisure building is a wonderful area with a tropically heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi,  sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, fitness suite, Spa treatment room and large soft play area just above the licensed bar (some additional charges apply - please see the facilities and services section below). Outside guests can enjoy another swimming pool (open during the peak summer weeks, weather permitting), tennis courts, 9 hole pitch and putt golf, basketball court and adventure play area complete with zip wire. There is also a Teen Den Arcade, table tennis tables, pool tables, organised childrens activities and evening entertainment. Add to this the lovely seating area just outside the original manor house (now the restaurant) and you will begin to see that there is no need to move off site once you have arrived and settled into your delightfully furnished holiday home.

Number 38 is a spacious and modern four bedroom, three bathroom house situated away from the heart of the resort (which has 80 similar sized houses) yet within walking distance of all the facilities. With a large open-plan living/dining room and fully-fitted kitchen, it can easily accommodate eight people. The living room has several comfy seats while the dining area boasts a large table - perfect for family get-togethers! A useful shower room off the living area and a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes complete the rooms downstairs, while upstairs there is a king sized room with en-suite shower and Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens and fields beyond. A family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower, further double bedroom and a twin bedded room, both with fitted wardrobes. Outside there is parking nearby, plenty of grassy communal areas and paved patios both to the front and rear, accommodating picnic benches for al fresco dining.

Please note: Party restrictions apply in an attempt to maintain a healthy family atmosphere within Atlantic Reach. No single sex groups. A booking without a child must have a party member aged 30 years or above.

Please note: 38 Atlantic Reach is situated on a complex where the owner requests a £1 per person credit/debit card security deposit upon arrival to cover against any damage to the facilities on site or unacceptable behaviour. These details are held on file for a maximum of 10 days after departure from the resort. Guests will be contacted before any payment is taken.

Leisure facilities included in the price are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, table tennis, fitness suite, basketball court, outdoor play area and indoor soft play area. Charges apply to the hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room (though are free if a spa treatment is booked); the pitch and putt golf, pool tables (£1), Teen Den Arcade machines and the solarium. The cost of some fitness classes are reduced.
