Stunning scenery, with a large selection of birds and wildlife that can be enjoyed from this well equipped, modern cottage. Situated on Little Petherick Creek, 3 miles from Padstow it makes the perfect base for all.
This tranquil environment will instantly calm your senses and help you relax. Set on the edge Little Petherick Creek, this property is a home from home, just 3 miles from Padstow and with an award winning restaurant a few hundred yards away. Heylyn has an open plan kitchen/lounge diner with French doors leading to a decked area with seating where you can dine al fresco and watch the birds by day or the stars by night. It has two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds and a spiral staircase leading up to the first floor.

To take a kayak/canoe onto the river, you will need to carefully take it through the house, or access via the car park through a gate.
