Situated in a peaceful rural location, between popular towns of Padstow and Wadebridge, this converted old mill is set within six acres, close to the village of St Issey. The well-equipped open plan kitchen/diner is the perfect place for you to enjoy a meal and a drink with your family and friends. However, if you prefer not to cook, you will be in the perfect spot to enjoy the large choice of exceptional local eateries. The Halfway House Inn is a great dog friendly pub within walking distance which serves delicious food all year round. The spacious upstairs lounge, with exposed beams and wooden floor, provides a lovely place to relax in the summer and winter months, the woodburner in the centre of the room provides a great feature and will make you feel warm and cosy. Within the extensive grounds, you will have access to your own barbecue area complete with fire pit, so you can sit out in the evenings while the sun sets and the stars begin to shine.  As well as seating by the nature pond and an extensive lawn area to enjoy. A 20-minute drive will take you to a number of beautiful beaches, you will be able to visit one every day of the week, or if you fancy a bit of shopping the old market town of Wadebridge and historic fishing port of Padstow are just under 4 miles away. For walkers, there is the Saints Way to enjoy, which links the north and south coasts between Padstow and Fowey.  Not to mention the nearby coastal paths that are waiting to be explored. The owners are on site with their little friendly dog, should you need anything during your stay.

garden & parking: Parking for multiple cars. To the front fenced area with pond and patio furniture (please supervise young children while using this area). Separate patio area with built-in benches. Large lawned garden with garden furniture, walk through to barbecue area with garden furniture, seating area, kitchen area, fire pit, barbecue, running water.  Six-acre plot, currently wild, which guests are free to explore and discover local wildlife (please supervise children and be careful of your footing in this area).
