Nestled on a working farm and surrounded by rolling Cornish countryside

Spacious enclosed garden, perfect for children and even four-pawed friends to roam freely

This wonderfully renovated holiday home provides the perfect blend of countryside and coast in dreamy Cornwall. Nestled on a working farm and surrounded by unspoiled landscapes, enjoy a stay in this former Wash House with your family and four-pawed pal, who will love the large enclosed lawned garden.

Walk into this light and stylish property and find a handy porch space where you can flick off your boots after a day at the beach. Continue into the lounge/diner and find your seat on the comfortable corner sofa before relaxing in front of the electric wood burner with a piping hot mug of tea. The kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with all the necessary equipment for a stress-free stay. After dinner, retreat to the spacious lawn and enjoy melting marshmallows with the backdrop of rolling countryside views. Exploring this delightful property further, you will find two bedrooms to choose from: a king-size with an en-suite WC and a twin. Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, the kids running around in the garden, and everyone ready to explore the magnificent Cornish coast.

Enjoy the crackle of twigs beneath your feet with the sheer amount of picture postcard walks available from your doorstep. If you’d like to venture further on foot, the 630-mile South West Coast Path starts 5 miles away in the foodie haven, Padstow. There are also plenty of walks from the property on the quiet country lanes or access to the Saints Way Footpath (0.5 mile) which takes you either towards Padstow or to Fowey. Or take a short walk to the local pub, The Halfway House within a mile. Starting in Wadebridge (4.5 miles) follow the Camel Trail whilst admiring the stunning Camel Estuary to either Padstow or Bodmin, passing colonies of razorbills and guillemots as you go.
