About this property
Positioned in the Heart of Carbis Bay, just half a mile from the infamous beach. A home from home duplex apartment with allocated parking. Hop on the train to St Ives, with the station under half a mile away
A communal entrance leads to this first floor duplex apartment, conveniently positioned in the heart of Carbis Bay. Enter into the hallway, hang up your outerwear and head through to the lounge/diner which is tastefully furnished with a cosy corner sofa to snuggle up and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV after a day of exploring the nearby coastline, or gather round the dining table after dinner and play a board game whilst planning the next days' activities. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay whether it’s to prepare a picnic lunch or a night in with a special family meal. From the hallway, the stairs lead to the family bathroom and both bedrooms. The king-size bedroom is incredibly light and spacious with sea glimpses across St Ives Bay, plenty of storage, and a dressing area, whilst the twin is beautifully styled and equally as light.
