Penny’s place was perfect for us, a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids and our dog). We have been coming to St Ives Cornwall for many years, location was great, lovely holiday home with all we needed and more, great games we all enjoyed playing, great choice of books, clean, brilliant facilities, nice outside courtyard, great kitchen facilities for self catering. Would recommend to family and friends and hope to stay here again in future thanks very much for a lovely stay we enjoyed our holiday and stay with you very much.

Penny’s Place is in a great location and perfect for a short walk to the beaches and harbour. Suitable for adults but not young children or the elderly with the stairs down into the apartment. It was clean and comfortable and we had a great holiday. I would definitely book it again. Thank you St Ives holidays.

Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from beaches and harbour, but still peaceful & relaxing. Recently decorated, everything was fresh and clean. Great place to stay, owners very friendly.
