Sleeping two, and welcoming a medium size dog, this pet friendly escape is ideal for a romantic retreat with your pooch. Part of a granite faced Victoria house this idyllic apartment has been lovingly renovated to retain many of its original features, including lovely high ceilings and bay window, which lets in natural light and enjoys a wonderful view across the roof tops of St Ives, harbour and island, which can be enjoyed throughout the open plan living space, consisting of a kitchen, dining and sitting area, two plush leather sofas are perfectly positioned to relax soaking up the views or enjoy the entertainment on the smart television. A dining area, perfectly set for two, has romantically been set within the bay window, take a seat at the vintage table, with a glass of wine, and wow at the beautiful Cornish vista many restaurants would love. The contemporary kitchen is within the open plan living space, to the rear, it’s well-appointed with fitted modern units and sleek black granite effect work tops, a separate washer/dryer is housed in half of the bedroom wardrobe, providing all you need in your home from home. The master bedroom, set off the hallway to the rear, benefits from a private en-suite wet room with refreshing rainfall shower and underfloor heating, this comfortable bedroom is light and airy, lit by natural light through a window, and features a sumptuously dressed double bed and plenty of storage space.
