Newly renovated duplex apartment situated a minutes walk from the Harbour. In the heart of St Ives, it is ideally positioned to be within easy access of restaurants, shops, galleries and a great choice of sandy beaches.
The Upper Crest Apartment is an attractive duplex apartment ideally positioned overlooking the busy and vibrant town of St Ives. The property is set over two floors with a spacious and modern kitchen, comfortable living/dining area and family bathroom with a large shower and bath on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite and a separate shower room.
