Outdoors: The large, completely enclosed, garden is laid mainly to lawn with some shrubs but has a large terrace (with tables and benches) to the rear and another to the front of the property so that you can take advantage of the sunshine, whatever the time of day. 

Parking: There is parking on the grass for a number of cars. Garage not available.

Family facilities: No baby equipment provided, but can be hired.

Pets: Pets welcome, £25 per week. 

General: WiFi included, oil and electricity included in rent, oil c.h./hot water, open fire in lounge.

Important notes: No smoking, there are two further bedrooms locked and unavailable for use.

Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.
