At Mesmear our beautifully converted holiday barns, sleep from 2 - 10 people (a maximum of 22), offering an excellent option for a those needing to accommodate larger numbers of guests.

The Mill - Sleeps 10

The Mill converted from the original farm mill, is our largest property. It is well laid out for a couple of families with 3 double rooms (these can also be made as twins) and a kids bunk room sleeping 4 (in full sized singles). It's huge lounge is a fantastic relaxing and socialising area (with fantastic views), and the large dining table has sufficient seating for 14.

The Calfs House sleeps 4+2 and The Barn sleeps 4/5, with the Tractor Shed sleeps 2+2. The sleeping arrangements are flexible to allow for individual needs.

The Bulls Barn - Sleeps 4

A secluded hideaway with first class facilities. On two floors this one bedroom cottage is amazingly appointed and generously spacious. It boasts a sofa bed and plenty of room for extra beds in the bedroom.

Having the 5 cottages all in close proximity, but each completely private means that guests get the best of both worlds.

All the cottages are fully equipped, including each having a wood burner, private gardens and BBQs, and beautifully appointed with everything that you would need be it a summer or winter stay.

We also have a Shepherd's Hut sleeping 2 and 2 glamping pitches available.

The location of Mesmear just a mile from Polzeath and 3 miles from Rock means you are never far from the action, but you would never know it cocooned in our 15 acres of tranquillity. Whether shooting through the orchard on the zip wire, working out in the gym, swimming in the pool, or relaxing in the hot tub or in the private gardens is up your street, Mesmear is sure to deliver.

So whether it be a few families, a special event, a birthday or family celebration, Mesmear is the ideal place to enjoy your get together.

Mesmear sleeps up to 22 people in stunning barn conversions set in 15 acres, so there's plenty of space for both quiet relaxation and to let the kids to run free and explore. On site there is a heated outdoor swimming pool (in summer), hot tub, gym, zip wire through the orchard, private gardens and internal phones connecting the cottages.
